The Challenge
Jake runs ILO Studios, a booking-based hot-cold contrast therapy studio. He was losing close to two hours a day to repetitive admin — pulling sales reports by hand, making cold calls with no context on who he was calling or why, and chasing missed opportunities that had already gone cold. All of it was time that could only go to the work only he could do: coaching, selling, running the studio.
The Build
Instead of building something from scratch, we stitched together three tools Jake was already paying for. Momence Sequences automatically triggers warm-up messages, feedback notices, and win-back offers when a client finishes their intro package. Claude Cowork pulls a daily, pre-formatted call list — with contact history attached — straight from Momence into his inbox every morning. Claude restructured his scattered Notion SOPs into clean, AI-readable documentation for faster onboarding. Full rollout took four days.
The Result
Jake gets back roughly 7 hours a week, cutting his daily admin load down to 2–3 hours a week total — at zero extra tool cost, since everything runs on subscriptions he already had. The next phases, call-analysis automation and a business-intelligence agent, are already scoped.
