Christenson Law

A rigorous vendor evaluation that replaced three separate document bottlenecks with one platform — Alan now saves at least an hour a day.

The Challenge

Alan runs a real-estate-focused law practice, and three specific workflows were quietly eating more than 20 hours of his week: reviewing inbound lease agreements and contracts for clients — checking for missing or risky clauses, annotating, and summarizing before anything went back to the client — drafting new leases, PSAs and APAs from templates, and writing plain-language summaries and recommendations for CC&Rs and title reports. Every one of them was fully manual, document by document, by hand.

The Build

This wasn't a custom build. We ran a rigorous vendor search instead: sales calls with multiple legal AI platforms, each one tested against Alan's actual three use cases under the same criteria. Luminance, Harvey AI, and Draftwise were all in the running before we landed on Litera as the one platform that could genuinely handle all three problems in one place, and got Alan fully onboarded onto it.

The Result

Alan now saves at least an hour a day on the document review and preparation work that used to consume 20+ hours of his week — time back that came from picking the right platform for his exact workflow, not a generic recommendation.
